How should I care for my MyCurve items?
To keep them in perfect condition, hand wash or machine wash them on a gentle cycle with cold water, and lay them flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
Where is my order, and how can I track it?
You can track your order using the tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. Simply enter the tracking number on our tracking page to check the status of your delivery.
What can I do if my delivery attempt failed?
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically try again or provide details for rescheduling. Contact our customer service at support@getmycurve.com if you need further assistance.
What is your return policy?
At MyCurve, we offer a 30-day return period after receiving your order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and a proof of purchase. Gift cards and gift-wrapping options cannot be returned.
How do I return a product?
Send an email to support@getmycurve.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions within 2 business days. Ensure the products are carefully packaged and share the tracking number with our customer service team. What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
While delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In the rare event that your package is lost, we will promptly send a replacement. If your package hasn't been delivered within 60 days of shipping, we will offer a full refund.
